Industry Immersion is an exploratory way of learning beyond the four walls of the classroom, which is another way a form of development of learning through linking to industry and strengthening industry professionals’ relationships.

Industry Immersion expands the learning horizon of academician through exploration of industry and top market jobs as well as engaging with seasoned professionals in the specific field of expertize.

Through Industry Immersion, learners are submerged by the chances to escalate their knowledge personally and professionally. A highly comprehensive development of career opportunities, evidence-based learning development of company cultures and experiences which draws a long-term relationship beneficial to a contribution of better post-graduate opportunities. A starting point of career lines.


At T.I.P., industry immersion is a vital and indispensable component of graduate education. Through this, the takers will be able to obtain experiential learning. Furthermore, it will help them be able to gain valuable exposure to the latest technologies and processes used in the actual industry that will serve to validate the theoretical perspectives learned in school.

And to put into action the curriculum design of Technological Institute of the Philippines (TIP), I first have my interview, discussion of expectations and the like at Department of Public Works and Highways Region XI, however, they recommended DSWD specifically on the management of LISTAHAN, yet when I submit myself to DSWD the head of LISTAHAN recommend JT Innovators as an alternate venue for immersion program while waiting for the response of the management to the request of study.

Luckily, JT Innovators is a welcoming company who accepted me and immediately define my task after our initial meeting.
